Hilary Franz, Nation’s Most-Labor Endorsed Non-Incumbent Congressional Candidate, Announces 35th Labor Endorsement

May 16, 2024

Tacoma, Washington – Today, Commissioner of Public Lands Hilary Franz announced her 35th labor endorsement for her campaign for the Sixth Congressional District.

Franz is the most-labor endorsed non-incumbent congressional candidate in the country, and has earned endorsements from union locals spanning all six counties of the district. In total, Franz has seven times the number of sole labor endorsements as all four of her opponents combined.

“Throughout my career, I have stood tall for working people, from fighting to raise wages to expanding labor protections,” said Hilary Franz. “In Congress, I’ll continue to fight like hell for workers – working every day to pass the PRO Act, boost funding for OSHA, and strengthen the NLRB.”

This week, Hilary has been endorsed by the Communications Workers of America Pacific Northwest Labor Council, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 46, International Union of Operating Engineers Local 302, Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local 1 – Washington and Alaska, the Retired Public Employees Council, and the United Association Local 26.
